At Tshibanda & Associates, we believe in a very collaborative approach to dealing with your business concerns. Every project begins with clarifying the problem or issue, defining your objectives for the project and making sure that we have a thorough understanding of your business. We then continue to focus on your success – dealing with your problems or situations – not someone else’s by:

• Identifying key project champions and stakeholders and involving each of them in the project on an on-going basis
• Regular on-going feedback on project progress
• Making you aware of issues as they arise and helping you resolve them
• Leveraging as many of your staff as is reasonably possible
• Leaving you with a plan to implement our recommendations – or better yet, helping you implement the plan

Each project ends when you are thoroughly satisfied that you will achieve the measurable results you intended.
